Preparation of a Heritage Statement to support a planning application for a 34-storey tower in Croydon within the setting of designated and non-designated heritage assets.

 

In her previous role, Joanna provided lead heritage consultancy services with regards to a tall building project in Croydon. Although best known for its post-war townscape, Croydon has a rich history with nationally designated heritage assets, conservation areas and locally important buildings. The Heritage Statement was prepared to assess the impact that the tall building proposal would have on the setting of nearby heritage assets.
