JB Heritage is delighted to have assisted our client on the redevelopment of the former Trafalgar Centre in the town centre of Chatham which closed in 2013 for 175 flats, co-working offices and creative arts spaces with planning permission recently granted at Planning Committee. JB Heritage provided heritage advice, liaising with officers and Historic England as well as preparing the Heritage Statement that accompanied the application to ensure that the proposed development respects the exceptional history of Chatham as a former naval dockyard now overlooked by the Grade I listed Naval War Memorial.
