Expert heritage witness at a joint public inquiry appearing on behalf of the local planning authority to defend the refusal of two applications for tall buildings on the Regents Canal within a conservation area and setting of nearby designated and non-designated heritage assets.

 

Working in a previous role, Joanna was instructed by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to act as expert witness to a joint public inquiry defending the refusal of two applications proposing tall buildings located on the Regents Canal. Joanna prepared a full proof of evidence and provided oral evidence to the inquiry, with both appeals dismissed.
